Boo’s journey began under the tutelage of his father, who introduced him to the grill at a young age but didn’t let him cook until he was a teenager. “I smoked my first turkey at 15 years old and never looked back,” said the owner and grillmaster. At Boo’s Best BBQ, we cook all our meats over fresh pecan wood, deliberately avoiding lighter fluid and charcoal, to ensure a unique and authentic flavor while staying environmentally conscious. Additionally, most of our meats are served without sauce to promote a healthier option and to allow customers the option to customize.
